How to Register

There are different ways to register for the Retreat. Please chose one of the following options.

Online

You may register online anytime between July 14th and September 7th.

What's happening with On-line Registration

September 7
After this date, new registrations will not be accepted online, but existing registrations may still be modified. In order to submit a new registration, please talk to the Retreat coordinators in the Regent College Atrium.

September 8
This is the earliest date that the Retreat table will be available in the Regent College Atrium. You may make payment for your registration starting this day. Click here for dates and times.

September 10
After this date, the online registration form will be "read only"! Changes to existing registrations can be made in person at the Retreat table in the Regent College Atrium. On this date, if you have not paid for your Retreat attendance at the Retreat desk in the atrium, your on-line registration will be marked inactive and your spot may be given to another registrant!

September 12
The deadline for all registration activity! The coordinators need time to finalize the details of all the registrations. Payments not received by this date will be charged a $10 late fee.

In Person

You may register in person September 8th - 12th at the Retreat table in the Atrium. (Be sure to bring the payment with you.)

Payment can be made by cash, check or VISA/MC.

When to Pay for the Retreat!

Registration and Payment:
If you registered on-line, in order to ensure your preferred accommodations,
you must pay your retreat fees during one of the following three times in
the atrium:

• Monday, September 8: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
• Tuesday, September 9: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
• Wednesday, September 10: 13:00 pm - 3:00 pm

After Wednesday, September 10th, your preferred accommodation will no longer be guaranteed, but it will not be cancelled. However, you can still pay Thursday or Friday in the atrium at the following times without incurring a late fee. Registration closes Friday, and payments not received by Friday will be assessed a $10 late fee.

New registrations will be accepted in person and payments processed beginning Thursday.

• Thursday, September 11: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Friday, September 12: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm
